Therapy for:

  • I specialize in anxiety therapy that addresses the underlying patterns driving stress and emotional overwhelm. Through evidence-based, compassion-focused interventions, I help clients develop emotional regulation, reduce anxiety, and build self-trust.

  • I work with high-achieving clients who are successful on the outside, but are seeking greater clarity, balance, and fulfillment on the inside. Therapy serves as a strategic, reflective space to examine patterns, manage pressure, and deepen emotional resilience. This helps to ensure your success is both sustainable and aligned with who you are.

  • I help clients navigate difficult relationships by addressing communication issues, boundary challenges, and recurring relational patterns that create stress or emotional strain. Through individual therapy, clients gain insight into relationship dynamics, develop healthier ways of relating, and learn how to manage conflict without sacrificing their values or well-being.

  • I help clients develop self-worth and self-compassion by addressing chronic self-judgment, perfectionism, and internalized shame. In therapy, clients learn practical self-compassion interventions that alleviate emotional pain, strengthen self-esteem, and support healthier relationships with themselves and others.

  • My work with parents is informed by both clinical expertise and a deep understanding of the emotional strain that comes with navigating parenthood. Therapy offers a place to acknowledge the pressures, and at times, grief and fear, that often go unspoken. I support parents in staying connected to their child and themselves with greater compassion and resilience.

questions answered

Do you take insurance?

I am considered an out-of-network provider. This means that I do not accept insurance directly, and appointments are paid for by clients (private pay) with the potential of partial reimbursement through their perspective insurance carrier.

How do I submit for reimbursement?

After your payment has been received, you can request a “superbill” from me that includes details your insurance company will need to process your claim. Insurance companies vary in terms of how much they will reimburse. Check with your insurance provider about their offerings. Step-by-step instructions are available on my blog.

What if my claim is denied?

This is not always an uncommon experience. You can petition or appeal your claim and ask them to reconsider.

What if I’m looking for a provider that takes my insurance?

Many insurance companies have online platforms where you can search for providers who take your insurance (in-network providers). Please contact your insurance company for additional information. I am happy to provide referrals, but cannot guarantee that they will take your insurance, or have room on their caseload(s). PsychologyToday or GoodTherapy can be a great ways to search for providers by insurance type as well.

What types of payments do you accept?

As this is currently a remote practice, I accept debit, credit, and HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account) card payments through a secure platform. Please contact me if you would like to discuss another form of payment.

Please note you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of what your services may cost.
