I am a licensed psychologist with generalist training across a wide range of presenting concerns. In private practice, I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety as it shows up in different areas of life. This can include personal growth, negative self-talk, perfectionism, difficult relationships, and parenting-related concerns. In clinical terms, my work often addresses anxiety, depression, burnout, self-esteem, grief, and identity issues.
Anxiety is a common thread across much of the work I do. It can appear as chronic overthinking, emotional exhaustion, relationship stress, self-criticism, or the constant pressure to “hold it all together.” I work with clients to build sustainable change through understanding the underlying patterns driving anxiety, and to develop greater self-compassion, emotional regulation, and self-trust.
I believe the most meaningful and effective therapy is grounded in a strong therapeutic relationship. In our work together, I prioritize creating a thoughtful, collaborative space that is responsive to your unique needs, values, and life circumstances. Therapy is not about fixing what is broken, but about developing insight, flexibility, and a more supportive relationship with yourself.
Born and raised in Olympia, Washington, I’ve returned to my roots for private practice. You’ll see in my education and training below that I took a ten-year detour in the Midwest before finding my way back home.
